How MotoDealz works, from listing to registration transfer.
MotoDealz intervenes in every transaction: bidding facilitation, registration transfer, documentation and delivery. Here is the full process, stage by stage.

Customers never transact directly with one another. Every sale passes through a vendor we have verified, with MotoDealz coordinating the middle.

The C2B2C process.
The customer lists the bike
A seller registers in the MotoDealz app and lists their two-wheeler with its details, condition and paperwork status. Listing is done from the app; nothing is transacted on the web.
Our admin team confirms price and documentation
A MotoDealz admin speaks to the customer to confirm the final price and check the documentation - registration certificate, insurance and service history. The seller approves the minimum price; vendors can only bid at or above it.
Timed vendor bidding sessions at 11:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM, 2:00 PM
The bike enters the bidding platform, where authorised vendors compete for it in timed sessions. Bidding is open only to vendors whose dealership our team has verified and upgraded to vendor status.
The highest-bidding vendor acquires the bike and re-lists it
The winning vendor takes ownership of the bike and lists it for sale to end customers. MotoDealz holds no physical inventory at any point in this process.
The buyer inspects, test-rides and purchases
An end customer finds the bike through the vendor, inspects it and takes a test ride before buying. Because the bike came through a verified vendor, its documents have already been checked.
Documentation, registration transfer and delivery, coordinated by MotoDealz
MotoDealz coordinates the paperwork and the registration certificate transfer, then delivery. The sale is not treated as complete until ownership has legally changed hands.
B2B2C: vendor to vendor.
Alongside the customer-to-vendor flow, MotoDealz supports trade between vendors: larger vendors source bikes from smaller ones and sell on to end customers. The same verification, documentation and registration-transfer process applies, and MotoDealz coordinates it in the same way.
