Who we are
Peak Solution is the data controller for personal data collected through https://www.peaksolution.ie. Peak Solution operates MotoDealz, a used two-wheeler marketplace in Pune, India, delivered as a mobile application.
This policy covers this website only. The MotoDealz consumer website and the MotoDealz mobile application collect different data for different purposes and carry their own privacy notices.
What we collect, and why
This website collects personal data in one circumstance only: when you choose to send us a message through one of our forms. We do not require an account, we do not sell anything here, and we do not build advertising profiles.
- Contact form - your name, email address, the enquiry route you selected and your message. We use these to route your enquiry to the right team and to reply to you.
- Data-room request - your name, organisation, email address and message. We use these to assess and respond to your request, and to contact you about it. These submissions reach investor relations only; they are not added to any marketing or operations list.
- Technical data - your IP address and browser user-agent are processed by our server when you submit a form, to apply rate limiting and prevent abuse. They are not used to identify you.
- Analytics - if, and only if, you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 collects usage data about your visit. See the Cookie Policy for the detail, and refuse it freely if you prefer.
Our lawful basis
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interests for responding to enquiries you send us - you have chosen to contact us, and replying is the obvious purpose. We rely on your consent for analytics cookies, which is why nothing non-essential loads until you accept.
Where Indian data protection law applies, we process the data you submit for the purpose you submitted it for, and for no other.
Where your data goes
Enquiries are delivered to the mailbox for the route you selected and are handled by the team that owns it. Data-room requests go to investor relations and nowhere else.
Because Peak Solution operates in India and handles company and investor relations from Ireland, your data may be processed in either place, and by the email and hosting providers we use. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deal with the matter and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you follow up. Data-room correspondence is kept for the life of the investor relationship and for as long as required for records afterwards.
Server logs containing IP addresses are short-lived and are used only for abuse prevention and diagnostics.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and object to our processing it. Where you gave consent - analytics - you can withdraw it at any time by declining cookies, and we will stop.
Write to hello@peaksolution.ie and we will deal with your request. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled it, you may complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this website handles personal data, we will update this page and change the date shown at the top of it.
